Hickory Nut Hunt

Debbie was home for the weekend, so Becky and her children came to Nanticoke, too. They also gathered nuts carpeting the field. Don't worry, we did leave some for the squirrels.

Undecided twin.

Decidedly unpleased twin.

Dad started walking toward the house, and Susannah marched off after him, leaving me laughing behind her.

A pile of shells.

Debbie, contentedly swamped with babies.

Susannah ponders.

Hannah and Annika discuss their next move.

Becky lifts her weights.

  1. That one of the shells is GREAT! Love it!

The one of Becky....made me think POOR BECKY. Even traipsing through meadows she is carrying a hefty load. At least it is perfectly BALANCED. :-)

  2. Thanks!

And Becky's super buff. She always has been, but with the twins, she's become even more intimidating for a very skinny, petite woman.

  3. (Even though she's good-natured, I try to keep on her good side.)
