The Nick of Time

In this house, we indulge in last-minute gift construction the day of the party, which is, unfortunately, the only time I can be depended upon to actually help my girls make things on the sewing machine.  Annika made Luci and her Beebee matching flower headbands, which involved ironing,

a bit of machine-sewing,

undivided attention,

and some hand-sewing.

Annika was pleased, and Luci gave them two thumbs up.
