I am so thankful for these three and their help this summer: weeding, picking, chopping, you name it. They don't get allowances or anything similar, but I want to do something fun for them once the harvest is in. Any ideas?
Haven't done anything yet (except for all the things in your comment, Rebecca...I need FRESH ideas, woman!).
We still have to clear out the garden before winter, though, so there's still time to give me a doozy!
And, Titi, Klondike bars are my fallback plan now. I've never bought Klondike bars in my life, but the girls have had them at Grandma Owen's house, and it's not just the shape that makes them superior. The taste. Ooooh, the taste... :)
I don't know; you do so many wonderful things with them all the time, it's hard to guess what would be a treat.
ReplyDeleteAll you can eat homemade ice cream? (Or Klondike bars, which some how must taste better, because of their shape?)
The State Fair?
ReplyDeleteTrips to the beach?
Nature Park?
A Newman sleepover?
