I'm still not ready to write about Dad. My "eulogy" at the funeral consisted of a few scraps of memory scribbled on a rag of paper and blurted into a microphone. I want to give more but feel unable. Words are too small a net.
I'm so glad for these photos of your Dad's itty bitty notes. I'm so glad for your thoughts. They give me a place to rest my own. I needed this. Again, thank you.
I keep finding his handwriting all over, like in our bathroom on a bottle of Witch Hazel, which has a superfluous handwritten label of "Witch Hazel" right next to the label's own designation of bottle contents. :) That one will make its way on here.

ReplyDeleteI'm glad for your company in this space, too, and knowing you share so much of the same.
ReplyDeleteLove the reminders of Dad in the details...miss him!
