Pizza, leftover Christmas candy, the customary bûche de Noël, and good company (tho' we would have welcomed some Newmans to the table!).
Millie made the bûche de Noël this year, and it was so much better than the one I made last year, due to her using 5 pounds less ganache to frost it.
One of our guests, who shall remain nameless (but still easily identifiable) brought a little something along. Foiled! For now, only. If at first, you don't succeed, try, try again..
