Leftovers

Thanks to late planting, our October table looked like a September table.

And there was even more late-night, first-frost, frantic gathering by headlamp. :)

Luci and Zeke make butter with lots of shaking.

First fire! It lasted a few hours, and then we froze for the next few weeks until snow came, and we broke down for good. 

Deirdre's mittens now have proper thumbs. You should have seen them before. ;)

John Wayne does not know the proper use for a trampoline. Or, maybe, he does...
