We don't have television reception at all, let alone Animal Planet on cable, so this is the closest our paths cross with those of oliphaunts. I've found that they're not nearly so imposing as I assumed--shy, little critters, really...
You probably already know this, or have seen it (a hundred times) but Jan Brett has a video on how to draw elephants and it includes video footage from her trip to Africa. Annie might like watching it. If she hasn't already.
