I also stole this idea at the (very, very, very) last minute, only from a different friend who was kind enough to post ideas for last-minute, thieving cheaters like me to copy.

I made my sister-in-law some tangerine salt scrub paired with a bathmat to which I added a mitered border and an appliqued penguin.  She likes penguins, and although I mistakenly thought her shower curtain was striped, I was pleasantly surprised to find I'd matched the dots.

 

I like penguins, too.  They can elevate the status of even a lowly bathmat.
