Out of the Blue

And then there are the days John calls and asks me what I'm doing, to which I reply, "Avoiding work," and he tells me to drive the children to the park near  his workplace for an hour of free fun until he gets off.  Okay.  Another day of successfully NOT making dill relish?  I'm in!


These days are waning fast.  Fall's horn sounds in the distance, and water parks and carousels and children who enjoy them don't last forever.
