John's parents passed along a mirror they didn't need, and before I hung it, Skylark enjoyed befriending her reflection.
The video is even better.

What a priceless moment! Through a child's eyes the wonderment of discovery, seeing one's reflection in a mirror. We old folks forget about that enjoyment as we look in the mirror wondering, "Who is THAT person?" After today, I am going to view my reflection differently. Thank you, wee Skylark.
I kinda feel like Skylark staring in a mirror sometimes, but, like you said, the wonder is of a different sort-- how did I turn into that?! Thank YOU for the reminder!
