Cadence Turns Eight! (April 2024)

 

Every year, I'm happy that the children had the genius to begin the birthday couch tradition. What could be more ludicrous and wonderful than draping all the blankets in the house over the floor and couches to express affection for someone?  Combine that with birthday signs and a table full of treats; I tell you-- it works!

Birthday waffles and toppings for breakfast.

Ice cream sundaes with all the sauces for supper dessert. (I don't remember the birthday supper. Who cares! Everyone knows dessert is more important.)
