Ezekiel Hits Eleven Right on the Nose

Millie and Annika were in NC on Ezekiel's birthday, so we marked the morning with chocolate chip pancakes and saved his big celebration for their return home.

Look at that! He cooked his own pancakes (airplane included) and used his own syrup. Self-reliance at its best!

After the older girls came home, we celebrated properly with birthday breakfast bierocks, a Greek feast with cousins that evening, and two ice cream cakes.

It's hard to see even a remnant of the chubby little baby Zeke in this lean boy growing toward young manhood. Thank goodness we have some of the boyhood yet to go! He's making the most of it. We love you, Honey-buckle!
