Lephtovers Phrom the Phone (September 2023)
Someone must have changed the phone camera settings, and I never noticed until now, ha! Long, skinny, crummy phone pictures are even worse than normal-sized, crummy phone pictures.
Aidan's stay at the emergency room for a dislocated patella was an event we'd both have been happy to skip. He sat on my big ol' pregnant lap in a wheelchair for hours until they got him a bed. Since his patella has a history of dislocating, at least I now know how to move it back into place when it doesn't slide back on its own! I've already had to do it a few times, poor kid.
He has two snapshots as payment for his sorrows. (Skylark had an emergency room visit a couple of weeks later for stitches. The e.r. attendants must have wondered what our household is like...)
Here are the only pictures I have of our kringle feast from Molly. We saved them for when Tim and Kellie were visiting, and though the pictures are terrible, the kringles were AMAZING.

Ouch! I have dislocated my patella before and it is definitely painful.
I am glad the Kringles were enjoyed. I need to send those again. ❤️ And the hair coloring sticks are genius! I’ve never seen those before. What fun!
DON'T SEND THEM AGAIN! We are already up to our ears in gift-debt, ha! The hair coloring sticks are genius...and they result in blue-tinged hair on Sunday morning. ;)
I remember Ineke using hair coloring sticks (fittingly, from Nanny) and then- because we are homeschoolers and don't go anywhere or bath very often, I didn't make her wash it out for a few days and by then it had turned semi-permanent. She had a faint pink streak for like a month!
I remember that, ha!
