St. Lucia Day (December 2023)

 

This was the day before Mallory was born! Luci, our very own lovely Light, was St. Lucia for the first time, after a long wait to play the saint with whom she shares a name. 

St. Lucia Day is probably one of my top three favorite mornings of the year, beaten (rightfully) only by Christmas and Easter. 

Sometimes it takes a while to rouse the sleepyheads.
