I was testing the faithfulness of my readers. Congratulations! The five of you--actually four...Matt, you're chopped due to shameless self-promotion--now receive the adulation of all your peers!

In truth, John was just testing my posts to make sure he'd fixed the annoying empty space that I'd somehow attached to the top of this blog.

(You still receive the adulation of all your peers, though.)
