This cake is the GREATEST! Your imagination knows no boundaries when it comes to baking extravaganza's from elephants to cowboys. The cake was a present in and of itself! Awesome job!

This cake is super easy. Just use 2 round pans and cut a small circle of cake in the center of one for the head. Use the rest of that same one for legs and trunk. Voila! Elephant to roast!
