I Know What You're Thinking
"Do we really need to see scattered pictures of food piled on your table and stuffed into jars?"
The answer is an unequivocal "yes." Yes, you do, and be grateful. I only took pictures when the whim struck me; it could have been much worse.
Pickles in the morning.
We harvested a few handfuls of Concord grapes from the vines under which the girls made a cozy summertime nest.
TOMATOES! Nearly 70 plants croaked last year before we harvested more than a small handful of fruit, so I am ecstatic about fresh tomatoes to eat at a moment's notice. What an amazing privilege it is, spots and all!

I honestly love your canning shots and never tire of them. It is refreshing. And very artistic:-)
Much love!
They take up such an overwhelming amount of life in the late summer- it is amazing that you only have this small pittance of proof!
(These pictures are so pretty.)
Thanks, Molly. :)
Rebecca,
Not amazing at all. Too busy canning to take pictures. Ugh. (Too busy canning to type in complete sentences or use proper grammar, too, for that matter.)
Harvest season turns me into a cavewoman, I guess.
