Did any of your kids get to see the recent royal wedding? We happened to be in Lancaster, where Nana was up at 5am to watch. Sigrid was mesmerized, and during the parade kept saying, "There is so many horse!"
I told her the plural of "horse" is "horses."
She disagreed, because they are so much like deer.

Anyway. Is this related?
Oh yes, the queen.
During the day she covers her bed-head hair with a hat.

They were not aware of the royal wedding, and we'd been completely removed from it...until I read your comment.

Then I called the children out and made them look at pictures of royal wedding hats for 20 minutes. Thanks for keeping us in the loop!
