Another Diamond Day

I did not want to set foot outside, so Millie practically shoved me out the door with my camera, bathrobe, and gloves. (Those of you who are lucky enough to know my Mildred can surely imagine this easily enough.)

It was a dazzling morning and well worth the nippy nose.

And THAT is why I need to stop posting abysmally blurry, grainy phone photos on my blog and learn how to use a Real Camera.

Justin,
Just what she needs. More encouragement to boss me around...

Deborah,
I love your blog pictures! Remember, they fooled me into thinking they were from a Real Camera. (And, honestly, with the way technology has leapt forward, the state of my nearly decade-old "real camera" is probably not all that different from the fake ones, at this point.)

I don't think Millie needs any encouragement to be bossy! Haha

I heard she made you go to bed instead of cooking dinner yesterday - good for her again, I say :)

To be fair, I ignored her and kept cutting potatoes until John bossed me. His bossing is more effective! I've been tending to puppies and their in-and-out annoying mama in the middle of every night, and I think I'd gotten 4 hours of sleep. I was barking at everyone like I was a full-blooded canine, myself. :)
