I've never seen anything like this before! My mom really never canned anything except for the occasional jelly or applesauce, so it amazes me sometimes the types of things that can be canned- it really is neat, for lack of a better word :)

Hey, I made the exact same kind of Concord grape juice this year! I had never done it before, but I loved how pretty it came out. I also canned yummy sweet salsa this year. So I have been initiated!
