Skirt, yes. But really the whole ensemble is fantastic. And a wee bit of red to match the girls!
It's a high-waisted fifties (sixties?) dress that I got at a rummage sale. I almost gave it away when I was dolphin-sized, despairing that it would ever fit, and now I'm glad I squirreled it away.
