I only made three kinds of truffles and peanut butter balls this year before Christmas. I didn't stay up late, and it was nice. A second candy-day is scheduled before we go to a late-Christmas gathering at my folks for New Year's.

Here's the trick. Place food in window light. Take half a dozen pictures. Post the one that is not blurry.

I made peanut butter balls as part of my stepdad's and brother's girlfriend's gifts this year. They were a hit. I am surprised there were enough to put in their baskets after we kept picking at them!

Peanut butter buckeyes are the best, and whenever I make chocolates, I too am amazed that I leave a few for others to eat.
