Harvesting Some Hallowe'en
We harvested some party at a Harvest Party the night before Hallowe'en. Here are the girls all decked out. Millie was some brand of royal girl,
Annika squeezed into her old bear costume,
and Susannah was a "Fee-ah-ee Princess Ballerina who Flies."
You can scoff, but when the wind picked up, she really did fly!
The following pictures were taken on Hallowe'en night in a 20-second window we had before we scurried out the door for treating AND another party. (A fabulous show, by the way, Rebecca. It rocked our striped socks off.)
The girls picked their costumes that morning. Annika was the Fairy of the Night (not a grim avenger, in case you wondered).
Millie was the Autumn Fairy. (Yup. That's the costume I made her last year. Lazy mama.)
She wanted me to draw a wooly bear caterpillar on her hand, but it looks like an orange and black band-aid. So festive!
And Susannah wanted to be the same creature she was the night before, only with a twist of Cowgirl Gestapo this time around.
We had fun. YIPEE!

The only explanation for zero comments thus far on this post is that your girls look this festive and cute every other day of the year... so boo to halloween.
