The Lower Garden

Several weeks back, John cleared a rectangle of weeds and green down by the road so that my dad could plow and drag the earth for a new tomato patch.

Ezekiel is madly in love with all vehicles, especially loud, mechanically powered ones, and he didn't seem to appreciate the camera's interruption.

He did, however, enjoy pointing at the tractor a lot.

He waved, too.  He waved without ceasing.  It's a Big Noisy Thing, Mechanically Powered!!!  Proper protocal as follows:  wave, wave, wave, wave, wave....

Then, oh, blissful day!  He got to ride around on The Noisy Thing!!!

I learned that he doesn't mind cameras when he's in the driver's seat.

I love those pictures of Zeke on the tractor.

And that garden is ENORMOUS!

It looks HUGE here, doesn't it? I thought the same thing, but it's because the drag loosened up some soil in a wider perimeter than what was actually plowed. Still, I think the lower garden may be slightly bigger than the upper, which is awesome.
