I packed all my maternity clothes into boxes three days before I was scheduled for C-section, keeping out three last outfits, and filling my closet with long lost slim clothes. You can imagine my disappointment when I got back from the hospital and had to tear open those boxes to find something to wear. I sadly relented and refilled the closet with those frumpy things... the only ones that would fit for some time.

Since my disappointment after Millie came out, I never have false hopes about fitting into my skinny clothes before the ten-month minimum. (The doctor's office scale doesn't give false flattery, either.) The dolphin side of the bin is empty because they fill my dresser, and the bin marked "skinnies" is stuffed to the brim.(And I don't even have the valid excuse of having had TWO in my belly!) :)
