A gorgeous dress for a gorgeous girl.
What a lovely birthday gift to recieve!
I had to laugh, because Millie had barely gotten the dress over her head when all her girl tuzzins starting saying "Twirl! Now twirl, Mille! Twirl!" How well a dress twirls is apparently a mark of quality. I think it passed the test. . .
the beauty of any given dress is enhanced (or even determined) by what Becky and I call the "spin factor."
Often, Becky's girls will twirl in their church dresses so that I can admire their "big spins."
