Party Day
We're not done celebrating this Bumpkin yet, with a birthday brunch and guests to come next week, but after we got home, we celebrated properly with a Candida-sleepover, a birthday meal (General Tso's-- same as last year, only this year, I forgot to make the rice until the entire meal was on the table), lemon-raspberry cheesecake, and hours of tatting, thanks to Candida's thoughtful gift.
Susannah pointed out that the "16" looks like "91."

She's a lovely girl, through and through.
Perhaps she would be interested to know that Corynn, just yesterday, unearthed a photo of her in her skivvies holding Mephibosheth, our bunny from once upon a time. And she had that same exuberance back then as we all enjoy now.
I want a scan of that photo! Little Bumpkin in her skivvies.
