Children are Nicer than Doodles
Here's the doodle I just finished to print on cards accompanying late gifts for babies. It's not entirely to my liking, and I was a Grumpy Bear while I finished it, which is why I should not doodle when the girls are awake.

I do too. I think it's beautiful.
Thanks for sharing. . .both the drawing and the frank admittance to sometimes being a Grumpy Bear. Some how I always seem to fall into thinking I'm the only one who comes down wiht a case of the grumps (which is just plain silly; of course I'm not the only one).
It's true, what the title says (I too have learned your lesson the hard way!) I've actually had Griffen say, "No Mommy! Put down your pen!" and learned that late at night is best for my own doodles. This is lovely, and if it's going to one or any of the new moms I can think of, I know they'll love it.
