Footsteps to Follow
Last week, the girls called me out to rescue Luci from Spicy-Spicy Tree. To be clear, Luci neither needed nor wanted to be rescued, but walking by and seeing her up there by herself put them all in a tizzy.
She climbed there on her own and has since been spotted in the cherry tree and in the upper regions of the pine tree, about three times higher, from which I did have to rescue her. Maybe we should buy stock in safety nets.

My favorite is the bottom one, in which Lucinda looks smaller than the windchimes. She has always reminded me of an elfling but never more so than with this picture.
That's because I had just used my new shrinking ray on her.
Tree climbing is the best of childhood... she's sweet so tiny so high.
