AN OUTRAGEOUS WASTE OF TIME AND TYPE
This is Millie's funny new dog made of corduroy. She hand-picked him at a rummage sale and has requested I give him some button eyes. I told her she could keep him (her) if she gave one of her other animals away, but she hasn't yet chosen whom to axe.

How funny, I was actually noticing the dog in the above picture & had wondered if you made it... nonetheless, yard sale finds are treasures - I love it!
She has your tastes I think. Bright vibrant colors, fun and bold shapes/designs.
Tell Millie I liked the name she picked. It's a good name for a good dog.
Um. And girl.
If ever we have another girl, our girl and her dog might share a name (or a similar name!)
Did you know that Millie called herself Bella for about six months and insisted we do the same? When Susannah was born, she was really disappointed that we didn't name her Bella, too.
I suppose she's transferring her desire onto stuffed animals now.
(And I think you're right about the bold colors. I try not to mold the girls in any particular way regarding frilly or not frilly and let them grow their own tastes, but I may "inadvertently" have allowed her to keep this fun dog and not the faded pink and lace rabbit from the last rummage sale...)
